Enrollment on Arrival (EoA) is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows conditionally approved Global Entry applicants to complete their interviews upon arrival in the United States. This eliminates the need for applicants to schedule an interview at an enrollment centre. Enrollment on Departure service
Enrollment on Departure (EoD) is a programme offered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that allows conditionally approved Global Entry applicants to complete their interviews before their departing flights at select airports offering EoD services. This programme removes the need for GE applicants to schedule an interview at an enrolment center, simplifying the GE application procedure.
When you are at an EoD-eligible airport, follow the signs to the designated Global Entry EoD area. A CBP officer will help you finish your GE interview. If you need accommodations because of a disability, notify the interviewing CBP officer right once of your need for reasonable adjustments, auxiliary aids, or services.
