The inside of the loop is landside, or pre-security, where all passengers and visitors can access various amenities, while the outside areas are airside, or post-security, where only passengers with valid tickets are permitted.
Terminal 1, which opened in 1998, serves various international airlines and offers a wide variety of dining and shopping options, including fast-food chains, casual eateries, designer shops, and duty-free areas.
