The lot is about five minutes from any terminal, and passengers can meet you at the terminal curb.
The cell phone lot is free, but you must stay with your car, as authorities do check. It can get crowded, but it is well-marked, and there is always space available. There are no restroom facilities in the cell phone lot.
If you are picking someone up, they can text you once they have their baggage, and you can meet them at the terminal in 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. If you don't want to use the cell phone lot, you can also park in the Terminal E parking lot, which is right outside the terminal.

The airport offers 15 lounges, six of which can be accessed by purchasing a day pass. Terminal A has a dedicated security checkpoint, which is operated by the TSA and offers TSA PreCheck and CLEAR+. The security checkpoints open one hour before the first departure of the day.
If you are picking someone up from Terminal A, you can wait in the cell phone lot, which is conveniently located and free. From there, it is about a five-minute drive to Terminal A. The lot is located at Hotel Drive and Service Road, and you can follow the signs to get there. Please note that there are no restroom facilities in the cell phone lot. If you are dropping someone off at Terminal A, you can park in the central parking area, which is shared by all terminals. There is also an economy parking garage at the intersection of Service Road and Prescott Street, which is farther away from the terminals. Alternatively, you can use the dedicated parking garage for Terminal B or the smaller lot for Terminal E.

Terminal E arrival parking
If you're looking for Terminal E arrival parking at Logan Airport, there are a few options to consider. Firstly, the airport has a dedicated cell phone lot, which is a convenient place to wait for arriving passengers. This lot is located at Hotel Drive and Service Road, and it is just a short distance from all terminals, including Terminal E. While you wait, you can read, catch up on work, or simply relax until your passenger is ready to be picked up at the terminal curb.
Another option is to utilise the hourly parking available at Logan Airport. The Central Parking Garage and Terminal B Parking Garage offer close and convenient parking options, with the former providing a vehicle height clearance of 9'6" and the latter offering 6'6". These garages are ideal if you need to park for a short period while waiting for your passenger to arrive.
Additionally, if your passenger prefers to meet you directly, the dedicated pickup areas at each terminal curb can be considered. However, it is important to note that curbside parking is not permitted at any of the terminals. Therefore, you should ensure that your passenger is ready and waiting for pickup to avoid any inconvenience.
For those driving clean-air vehicles, such as hybrid or electric cars, Boston Logan also offers dedicated parking spaces. These spaces are reserved for vehicles powered by alternative fuels like compressed natural gas, propane, or hydrogen. The airport provides charging ports conveniently located near the terminals, making it a sustainable and practical choice.
When planning your arrival at Terminal E, it is recommended to check the parking conditions in real time, as overflow parking may be in effect during busier periods. By staying informed and utilising the available options, you can ensure a smooth and efficient pickup experience at Logan Airport's Terminal E arrival parking.

Our Lady of the Airways chapel
The chapel is non-denominational and welcomes people of all faiths. It features an altar and a crucifix, stations of the cross, and holy water at the doors. A prayer rug was also added to the back corner of the chapel, along with a small handwritten sign pointing towards Mecca, to accommodate Muslim staff and travellers. The walls of the chapel are covered with plaques memorializing state police, airline workers, concession workers, members of the port authority, and others. It is also home to many 9/11 memorials, and annual memorial gatherings are held in the chapel.
The chapel has been renovated and expanded over the years and can now seat 250 people. Mass is regularly led by the airport's Catholic chaplain-priest, who is assigned by and accountable to the Boston Archdiocese. The chapel's priest, Father Richard Uftring, celebrates mass with a few dozen people, including travellers and locals from nearby Peabody.
The chapel is dimly lit, with red brick walls and a custom-made statue of the Virgin Mary standing atop a globe, circled by three airplanes. The aisles have markings every 8 feet to ensure social distancing, and the pews are taped off to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
