Yeager Airport
West Virginia is home to several airports, but the biggest and busiest is Yeager Airport (CRW), located just a few minutes' drive from downtown Charleston. The airport is named after then-Brigadier General Chuck Yeager, a native of Lincoln County, who piloted the world's first supersonic flight.
