After clearing immigration, passengers can follow signs to the baggage claim area and then to the arrivals gate, where they can turn left and walk straight towards the domestic arrivals park. For those who prefer to arrange a ride in advance, there is an option to download an app and enter journey information, or to book a Grabcar Domestic Arrival.

Follow the green signs

If you're unsure of where to go when exiting Ngurah Rai Airport, follow the green signs. These signs will direct you to the baggage claim area, where you can grab your bags. After you've collected your luggage, follow the signs to the Arrivals area and wait at the Pick-Up Zone for your ride. If you get lost, airport staff will be on hand to help you arrange your ride and give you any information you need.

Arranging a ride

If you're using Grab, from the arrivals gate, turn left, then walk straight towards the domestic arrivals park. From the domestic arrival park, go straight to the further corridor, then walk straight past the A&W tenants and Indomaret towards the escalator. Take the escalator to the Grabcar pickup point on the third floor of the Domestic Parking Building.

Immigration

To exit Ngurah Rai Airport, you will need to go through immigration. Upon reaching the immigration area, you will be greeted by a spacious hall where you will need to present your visa. If you don't already have a visa, you can obtain a visa on arrival, but this often entails lengthy queues and necessitates payment of the tourist fee, which could cause anxiety if you have credit card issues or insufficient cash. ATMs are only accessible after immigration and customs clearance, so it's a good idea to obtain your visa before you travel.

You will only need one per family, and you can also do this online.

Passport requirements

To exit Ngurah Rai Airport, you will need to have your passport to hand. Your passport should have two blank pages for entry and exit stamps, and it should be valid for at least six months beyond the length of your stay. You will also need to fill out a form on the website to get a QR code sent to your email. When you arrive, show this QR code to the Customs and Excise officers in the Customs Area.
