Reno Airport's Emerald Aisle: A Traveler's Convenience

However, there is still an Emerald sign and lane on the right-hand end of it, and they will take you next, so have your card handy. If it's a standard web reservation or phone reservation, you can go straight from the luggage carousels, cross the walkway to the parking garage, and once in the garage (ground level), turn to your right. You'll see the big umbrella near the last aisle. Drop-off is as easy as at other airports, but in Reno, all the cars enter from the same ramp into the garage. You just pull in, turn right, and go to the last aisle to park. An attendant is there to check you out with a handheld device.
