As of February 22, 2022, Singapore no longer requires a pre-departure COVID-19 test for passengers transiting through Changi Airport. This means that travellers can now enjoy a pre-COVID experience, with the freedom to shop, dine and use airline lounges during their stopover.
However, it is important to note that the final destination and/or airline may still impose testing requirements, so it is recommended to check the regulations of your final destination and the airline you are travelling with. Travellers from the Philippines are now required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR or RAT test within 48 hours before boarding a China-bound flight.
