There are several public transportation options available between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Long Beach (LGB) and Burbank (BUR) airports.

The LAX FlyAway® buses offer convenient, regularly scheduled round trips, seven days a week, between each terminal at LAX and the locations of Van Nuys and LA Union Station. The FlyAway® bus service provides transportation between LAX and Union Station and Van Nuys. The buses run seven days a week and every 30 minutes during peak hours. The one-way fare for the FlyAway is $9.75.

The C Line connects to LAX at Aviation/LAX Station. From there, take the free Metro Connector bus shuttle to the terminals. LAX FlyAway buses

The LAX FlyAway® bus service provides frequent, non-stop transportation between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and locations at Union Station in Downtown LA and Van Nuys. The buses operate seven days a week and drop off and pick up passengers on the Upper/Departures Level of each terminal at LAX. At LAX, passengers board the buses on the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal at the blue FlyAway® columns. The buses offer free WiFi and charging stations under the seats, but there are no restrooms on board.

Van Nuys

The LAX FlyAway® bus service provides a direct route between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys. The Van Nuys FlyAway terminal is located at 7610 Woodley Avenue, and the route operates 24 hours a day, with buses departing every 30 minutes for much of the day (more frequently during peak hours and hourly late at night). The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes.

The one-way single ticket costs USD9.75 and is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Up to two children under 5 years of age can travel for free with each paying adult. Tickets can be purchased through the FlyAway app, online, or via contactless options (Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash is not accepted.

The FlyAway buses offer free WiFi and charging stations under the seats, but there are no restrooms on board. At LAX, passengers can board the buses on the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal, next to the blue FlyAway columns. Each bus is marked with its service location.

Metro C Line

The Metro C Line (formerly the Green Line) is an almost 18-mile light rail line that runs between the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Westchester and Norwalk, California. It is one of six lines that make up the Los Angeles Metro Rail system and has 11 stations along the route. The line is fully grade-separated, with its tracks mostly following the median of Interstate 105 (the Century Freeway).

The C Line's western terminus is at the Aviation/Century station, which is shared with the K Line. The line then briefly enters an open trench as it passes close to the LAX runways before splitting from the K Line at a wye west of the Aviation/LAX station.

At the Aviation/LAX station, passengers can transfer to several bus lines from different operators, including the free Metro Connector bus shuttle to the LAX terminals.
