The DEN Transit Center can be accessed at the south end of the Jeppesen Terminal by exiting through the glass doors and taking the escalator or elevator down to ground level. The transit center is adjacent to the Westin Denver International Airport Hotel.

The airport also offers other ground transportation options such as taxis, limousines, sedans, charter buses, and parking shuttles. Taxis can be found at Level 5, Island 1, outside Doors 505, 507, and 511 on the Terminal East, and Doors 506, 510, and 512 on the Terminal West. Limousines and sedans are available at Level 5, Island 2, outside Door 511 (east side) and Door 506 (west side).

Additionally, the Regional Transportation District (RTD) provides bus services with four routes under the SkyRide airport express bus service. These buses can be boarded at the DEN Transit Center, Level 1, and are wheelchair accessible.

Denver International Airport (DEN) has more than 10 major rental car companies serving Colorado travellers. These car rental agencies are located on airport property, but they require a courtesy shuttle service to and from the Jeppesen Terminal.
