Two difficult trails ascend 1,280-1,420 feet to the summit, which offers 360-degree views of the surrounding city. The Echo Canyon Trail is 1.14 miles long and the Cholla Trail is 1.4 miles long. Both trails are rated as extremely difficult, with exposed rock, strenuous climbs and sections of hand-over-hand climbing. The average hike takes 1.5 to 3 hours round trip.
