By Train

Taxis are available at the airport and can take you directly to Florence.
By Rental Car
You can also choose to rent a car at the airport and drive to Florence. However, keep in mind that there is a restricted driving area in Pisa called the ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato) with enforcement cameras, and you may be fined if you drive in this area.
