Location

As of 1 April 2022, the Avis car hire office at Heathrow Terminal 5 has been located at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow on Bath Road. To get there, proceed to bus stop 25 on the arrivals level of Terminal 5 and take a short shuttle journey to the hotel.

Pick-up and Drop-off

Avis offers a seamless car rental experience at Heathrow Terminal 5. If you have booked a car, you will receive instructions via SMS and email on how to pick it up. The Avis rental desk is located in the Short Stay car park on Level 4. Take the elevator to Level 4 and exit to your right.

Avis Preferred members flying on British Airways can take advantage of the complimentary Avis Priority Rental Service, allowing them to pick up their rental car directly outside Arrivals.

For Terminal 3, the shuttle bus departs from bus stop 17, and for Terminal 4, it's bus stop 2. The journey time is approximately 15 minutes for Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4.
