The Syracuse Hancock International Airport is located off Interstate 81, near Mattydale. The main terminal complex is at the east end of Colonel Eileen Collins Boulevard. If you are driving to the airport from the south on I-81, you will need to take Exit 27 toward Syracuse/I-81 North/I-690 West.
