United Club Fly is a scaled-down version of a typical United Club lounge

United Club Fly is a smaller, grab-and-go version of the traditional United Club lounge. The concept was introduced in November 2022 to reduce lounge crowding and trial a new approach to the airport lounge experience. The intent is not for guests to linger but to take food and drinks with them onto their flight. The lounge offers pre-packaged food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. There is also excellent barista-made coffee.

United Club Fly is located airside in Concourse B East, near Gate B60 of the Denver International Airport. It is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. This location is ideal for those with short connection times, as there isn't time to sit in a lounge when boarding for a connecting flight begins soon after arrival.

The United Club Fly lounge is small, with only 16 seats, and access is via an automated gate. Only club members or one-time pass holders are permitted to enter, and no guests are allowed. The grab-and-go snacks include sandwiches, salads, wraps, yogurt, vegetables, and fruit. Drinks include water, juice, soda, coffee, and tea.

United Club Fly is a welcome addition to the crowded lounge space at Denver International Airport, helping to reduce congestion in United's other lounges. It is a great option for those who want to grab a quick bite before their flight and not have to worry about what is served onboard.

These lounges are more restrictive than United Clubs, with only six locations worldwide: Chicago O'Hare, Houston Intercontinental, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, and Washington-Dulles.

United Polaris lounges offer a tranquil escape from the airport hustle and bustle, providing a place to rest, work, or indulge in fine dining. The daybeds and shower suites elevate the pre-boarding experience, ensuring travellers can relax or refresh themselves before their flight. To access United Polaris lounges, travellers must be flying United Polaris business class on long-haul international flights or international business or first class on a Star Alliance partner airline. Guests are only permitted when flying long-haul international first class on a Star Alliance carrier.

Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

The United Polaris lounge in Houston is located in Terminal C (near gate C123). It is open daily from 5 am to 10:30 pm.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

The United Polaris lounge in Los Angeles is located in Terminal 7 (next to gate 71A). It is open daily from 4:30 am to 11:45 pm.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

The United Polaris lounge in Newark is located in Terminal C, Upper Level (near gate C74). It is open daily from 5 am to 10:30 pm.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

The United Polaris lounge in San Francisco is located in Terminal 3, boarding area E (near gate E4). It is open daily from 5:45 am to 10:30 pm.

Washington D.C. Dulles International Airport (IAD)
