This means that CLEAR members do not need to wait in line for a TSA representative to check their boarding pass and photo ID.

At FLL, CLEAR is available at Terminal 1 from 4:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and at Terminal 2 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. for PreCheck-eligible travellers. It is important to note that passengers eligible to enter the PreCheck CLEAR lane can begin boarding as early as 4:00 a.m.

In addition to CLEAR, FLL also offers TSA PreCheck, which allows for a more streamlined security screening process. PreCheck members can keep their shoes, light outerwear, and belts on, and they don't need to remove laptops and liquids from their carry-on bags during security checks. PreCheck is available at Terminal 1 Central Checkpoint, TSA Terminal 2 Checkpoint, Terminal 3 Gate E and F Checkpoints, and Terminal 4 Checkpoint.
