The terminal has a total of 14 gates, with 5 bus gates and 9 boarding bridge gates. This setup allows for a capacity of 8 planes at any one time. With this infrastructure, Terminal 4 can handle 4.5 million passengers annually, helping to ease congestion at Terminal 1.

The terminal also provides 2,450 additional car parking spaces in a dedicated surface lot, which is conveniently connected to the terminal building by a bridge. This addition ensures that travellers have easy access to parking facilities when using this terminal.

To ensure the proficiency of staff working in Terminal 4, online training programmes were implemented, covering various aspects of airport operations and management. This initiative was led by Abdulaziz Alfouzan, HRD, QM, and Training Head Supervisor at Terminal 4 for Incheon International Airport Cooperation. The training enhanced the safety and management proficiencies of the staff, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the terminal.
