Stanford University is conveniently located near three regional airports. Driving is an option, with parking available on campus. If you're driving from the airport to Stanford University, exit the airport to US-101 North. Take the Embarcadero Road exit west toward Stanford. At El Camino Real, Embarcadero becomes Galvez Street as it enters the campus.

For visitor parking information, refer to the Parking and Circulation Map. Check the parking signs carefully and note that parking is enforced Monday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm, unless otherwise posted. Take Galvez Street to Embarcadero Road and follow the signs to US-101 South. From US-101 South, take the Highway 87 exit, then take the Skyport Drive exit to the airport. Exit the terminal and cross to the bus pick-up area.

You can also take the I-880 South exit from the airport and follow the signs to CA-84 W (Dumbarton Bridge). Turn left at University Ave. and continue straight as it turns into Palm Drive after downtown Palo Alto. Merge onto I-880 North and exit at 98th Avenue toward the airport. Turn left at the stoplight and continue straight to Airport Drive.

If you're driving from Stanford University to the airport, take Galvez Street to El Camino Real and turn right. Follow the signs to US-101 North and take the San Francisco International Airport Exit. Take the AirTrain to the Garage G/BART station stop, which is located on the Departures/Ticketing Level of the International Terminal.

Alternatively, you can take Palm Drive and continue straight as it turns into University Avenue just before downtown Palo Alto. Merge onto CA-84 E and take the Dumbarton Bridge.
