What You'll Learn
The RTD MyRide app
One of the key features of the app is the MyRide Mobile Barcode, which allows users to scan and ride on RTD buses and trains. The barcode can be scanned at validators on buses and rail platforms, and the fare is automatically deducted from the user's account balance. The app also includes fare capping, which ensures that users never pay more than they should. When using the MyRide Mobile Barcode, 3-Hour Passes automatically convert to Day and Monthly Passes, providing the best value for customers.
In addition to the mobile app, RTD also offers the MyRide Card, a smart card that allows users to pay their fare by tapping the card at validators. This option is ideal for those who do not have a mobile phone or prefer not to use their device for ticketing. The MyRide Card stores all account details securely and provides the same fare capping benefits as the mobile app.

Mobile ticketing terms and conditions
The Regional Transportation District's ("RTD") Mobile Ticketing Application is brought to you by RTD, with mobile ticket sales provided by Masabi LLC ("Masabi"). RTD and Masabi may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting revised terms and conditions. By using the app, you agree to accept these terms and conditions and the general terms of use relating to the website managed by RTD.
The "Mobile Tickets App" refers to RTD's mobile ticketing application on an iOS or Android device. "Third-party Application" refers to RTD-authorized third-party mobility applications on an iOS or Android device. "Mobile Ticket" or "mTicket" refers to a type of ticket or pass purchased through the RTD Mobile Tickets App or Third-party Application. 3-Hour Passes, Day Passes, and Monthly Passes are valid for use on RTD bus and rail services except for Access-a-Ride Services and RTD Special Services. Access-a-Ride tickets are only valid on Access-a-Ride Service. "Stored Value" refers to funds loaded onto the RTD Mobile Tickets application. The "Stored Value Account" is part of the customer account in the RTD Mobile Tickets App. Customers can use these pre-loaded Stored Value Account funds as a payment method when purchasing mTickets. Stored Value funds are not valid for travel on RTD services; the customer must purchase and activate an mTicket to pay the fare.
RTD recommends that you create an RTD Mobile Tickets App account for your protection. If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, you will be able to migrate unused, unexpired mTickets as well as any unused balance on a Stored Value Account to your new mobile device when logging into your customer account. If you delete the RTD Mobile Tickets App, you will also delete your mTickets from your device. If you reinstall the app and log into your account, your tickets will be downloaded to the device. RTD will not provide a duplicate or replacement mTicket for used or expired mTickets.
Your mTicket must be activated before boarding an RTD revenue vehicle and must be displayed clearly on a mobile phone screen to the operator every time you board an RTD revenue vehicle or when requested by a fare inspector, road supervisor, or police officer. You must retain the mTicket during your entire trip on RTD revenue vehicles. Failure to show an active, valid ticket is considered fare evasion and is subject to enforcement actions according to RTD policy and local and state laws. You cannot print mTickets or transfer tickets to other individuals. However, you may purchase and activate multiple tickets on the same mobile device for a group riding together. You will have to display an active, valid mTicket for each member of your group to the operator every time you board an RTD revenue vehicle or when requested by a fare inspector or police officer.
Your RTD mTicket or Stored Value is sold to you via RTD's mobile ticketing partner, Masabi. The mTicket itself creates a contract between you and RTD to provide the transport services that the mTicket allows you to use. It is RTD that provides these transport services to you. In no event will Masabi, or any third-party mobile app ticket seller, be responsible for, or have any liability to you, concerning these transport services or their availability or performance.
RTD grants you the right to download, install and use the RTD Mobile Tickets App on your mobile device to purchase mTickets and Stored Value and access information in accordance with these terms and conditions. You do not and will not own the RTD Mobile Tickets App or any information that is provided to you through it or RTD, but you may use the application in accordance with these terms and conditions solely for the purposes of purchasing mTickets and Stored Value, using mTickets, and accessing transport information for your personal use and not for any other purpose. The RTD Mobile Tickets application is provided to you free of charge. However, RTD can suspend access to purchasing mTickets and Stored Value through the RTD Mobile Tickets App and can do so for any reason.
Currently, the only RTD-authorized Third-party Applications that fulfill RTD mTickets are the Uber and Transit apps. The RTD Mobile Tickets App and the Third-party Applications are wholly different and separate applications, governed by separate Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions of Use, which you can review on the respective applications. Login credentials and accounts between the RTD Mobile Tickets App and the Third-party Applications are not shared. Your RTD Mobile Tickets App account is different from your Third-party Application account. Your RTD Mobile Tickets App ticket wallet only stores RTD mTickets purchased from the RTD Mobile Tickets App. Your ticket wallet in a Third-party Application only stores RTD mTickets purchased from the Third-party Application. RTD mTickets purchased in the Third-party Application will only be available in the Third-party Application. RTD mTickets purchased in the RTD Mobile Tickets App will only be available in the RTD Mobile Tickets App and are not transferable to a Third-party Application.
When you purchase an mTicket or load value to your Stored Value Account, the RTD Mobile Tickets App will notify you of the price before confirming your purchase. For information on fares, please visit the RTD fare information web page at rtd-denver.com/fares-passes/fares. Once you complete your purchase, a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided.

Mobile Passport Control app
The Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app is a free, official application created by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. It streamlines the process of entering the U.S. at select locations by reducing passport control inspection time and overall wait times. The MPC app is available to U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, Canadian B1/B2 citizen visitors, and returning Visa Waiver Program travellers with approved ESTA.
The MPC app can be used in 6 simple steps:
- Create a traveller profile using biographic information from your passport. You can create a profile for all eligible members of a family group. Your profiles will be securely stored on your device completely free for future travel.
- Select your method of travel, port of entry, and terminal (if applicable). Answer CBP inspection-related questions and certify the accuracy of your answers. Upon arrival at your port of entry, tap "Submit Now".
- Capture a clear and unobstructed photo of each traveller (including yourself).
- Once your submission is processed, CBP will send a virtual receipt to your device.
- Proceed to the MPC-designated lane and be prepared to present your physical passport and other relevant travel documents. Please note that MPC does not replace your passport; it is still necessary to present your passport to the CBP officer.
- The CBP officer will complete the inspection. If further information is required, the CBP officer will let you know.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is one of the 53 MPC-approved sites, which include 35 U.S. international airports, 14 preclearance locations, and 4 seaports of entry.
