Download AirPort Utility for iPhone
You can download the AirPort Utility app on your iPhone from the App Store for free. The app lets you manage your network from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Set up a new base station
To set up a new base station, you can use AirPort Utility on your Mac or AirPort Utility for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. First, connect the power cord to the Power port on your base station, then plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Next, connect an Ethernet cable to the WAN port on your base station, then plug it into your DSL or cable modem.

Reset your AirPort base station
Resetting your AirPort base station will restore it to a state that allows you to regain control of it if you've lost the base station password or if the base station isn't responding as expected. Depending on the base station model, you can perform one or more of the following types of resets:
Soft Reset
A soft reset is performed if you have forgotten your password. Hard Reset

Factory-Default Reset
A factory-default reset is similar to a hard reset, but it also removes any saved configurations and profiles. Perform this reset if you're selling or giving away your base station.
When performing a hard reset or factory-default reset, the base station is set to request an IP address by DHCP. The base station name and network name are also reset, and the base station won't be visible in the Wi-Fi status menu or AirPort Utility for up to a minute.
To perform a hard or factory-default reset, follow the same steps as for the soft reset, but instead of releasing the reset button after 1 second, hold it for about 5 seconds until the status light on the base station flashes amber rapidly. Then release the button. Wait about a minute for the base station to finish restarting. Open AirPort Utility, click the "Other Wi-Fi Devices" button, then select your base station from the list.
