Paying for bags online
When flying with American Airlines, you can pay for your checked bags online ahead of time when travelling on eligible American Airlines marketed and operated flights. This can be done within 24 hours of departure on the AA app or on the website, aa.com. Passengers travelling together in a single reservation with multiple bags will receive the best online bag prices applied across all passengers.
